This is NOT a Fitness or Health site.
This is a site about adding muscle mass. Becoming a larger and stronger human being. We are not going to have any info on what's "good" for you in any way, except as it pertains to muscle building. How to be better at running or becoming more heart smart is not the intent. There are millions of sites devoted to those topics. We are not one of them. Our motto says it all, "Bigger is Better".
We do NOT promote anybodies program. I do NOT have an E-book for you to download.
Since you found this site I have no doubt you have found many others. Most have a "program". So do I. Here it is:
"Fuel yourself properly, rest adequate amounts and lift heavy weights with as close to 100% effort as you can."
That is THE "program" and the ONLY "program" that works. How many this and how often that varies greatly from person to person. What has worked for the author's of the various Bible's is just that. It worked for THEM (maybe). Our goal is to provide as many bit's of info as we can that has helped SOMEBODY add lean muscle mass. Keep reading and trying things till you find what works for you.
Having said all that, what you DO need is a plan. A map if you will. You wouldn't try and drive from here to there with absolutely nothing but the vehicle. You DO need an idea of the direction to go, and having a few benchmarks along the way helps. Programs give ONE way to get somewhere. We hope to provide the vehicle, the benchmarks and the compass. You decide the best path to the destination.
